Lead - Taxation (Sr. Manager/ Manager)

<p><strong>1.Tax Compliance & Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, review and file the tax returns (Direct and In-direct taxes) on or before</li><li> the due dates</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory tax replies, compliances and documents</li><li>Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings and provisions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Tax Planning & Strategy:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities</li><li>Evaluate business proposals from a tax compliance perspective</li><li>Advise senior management on tax implications of strategic decisions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Audit & Regulatory Liaison:</strong> </p><ul><li>Handle tax assessments and audits (Direct and In-direct taxes)</li><li>Liaising with tax authorities and manage Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) and</li><li> related filings.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. International Tax / Transfer Pricing</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in inter-company transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and benchmarking analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with cross-border tax implications, withholding tax, and treaty benefits.</li><li>Knowledge of GAAR, POEM, and M&A tax structuring.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Tax Accounting & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Skilled in tax provisioning, deferred tax computation, and reporting under Ind AS / IFRS.</li><li>Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)for tax data extraction and reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>6. Analytical & Strategic Competencies</strong> </p><ul><li>Tax risk management – identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential tax exposures.</li><li>Strategic tax planning aligned with overall business goals.</li><li>Ability to interpret and implement new tax laws, notifications, and judicial precedents.</li><li>Competence in scenario analysis and forecasting tax impacts of business decisions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience : 3 to 5 Years</p><p><br></p><p>Education : Minimum qualification – CA/LLB</p><p><br></p><p>Key Skills and Attributes:</p><p><br></p><p>Excellent analytical, data modeling and prioritizing skills</p><p> Highly developed oral and written communication skills</p><p> Proficiency in market research, business plan creation and presentations skills</p><p> Strong influencing skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders especially at senior</p><p>level</p><p> Preferred prior experience in handling taxation profile</p>
