Lead Esthetician & Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced facial treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other specialized esthetician services. Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough skin analysis using advanced diagnostic tools. Manage the scheduling of treatments and therapists to optimize client flow and therapist utilization. Train and mentor junior estheticians and spa therapists, ensuring adherence to service standards. Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring hygiene and client comfort. Manage inventory of skincare products and professional supplies, placing orders as needed. Promote spa services and retail products to clients, driving revenue growth. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty and wellness industry. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally. Assist in developing new treatment protocols and service offerings. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Certified Esthetician with a recognized diploma or degree. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a reputable spa or dermatology clinic. Proven expertise in a wide array of facial and skin treatments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Knowledge of spa management software and scheduling systems. Passion for skincare, beauty, and holistic wellness. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Sales and retail experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
