Lead Esthetician

Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and anti-aging therapies.Conduct client consultations to assess skin types, concerns, and recommend personalized treatment plans.Administer specialized treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and LED therapy.Maintain meticulous client records and ensure adherence to all sanitation and sterilization protocols.Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate product lines.Lead and mentor junior estheticians, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.Assist in inventory management of skincare products and supplies.Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the beauty and wellness industry.Contribute to the development of new treatment menus and service offerings.Ensure a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all clients.Manage appointment schedules and client bookings efficiently.Uphold the spa's reputation for exceptional service and professionalism.
