Lead Electrical Systems Engineer (Power Grid Infrastructure)
Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to join their cutting-edge team in Delhi, Delhi, IN. Responsibilities include leading project teams from conceptualization through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards. You will be instrumental in developing robust electrical schematics, performing load flow analysis, fault calculations, and system simulations. Expertise in high-voltage equipment, substations, and protection schemes is paramount. The Lead Electrical Systems Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless project execution. This position involves mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and staying abreast of the latest industry advancements and best practices.
