Job Title: Kiosk Head

Job Overview:

The Kiosk Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kiosk, driving sales, maintaining brand standards, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall kiosk operations including sales, inventory, and staff.
  • Identify potential locations for kiosks (primarily in malls) and establish/maintain contacts with mall authorities for kiosk setup and coordination.
  • Ensure smooth daily functioning, cleanliness, and presentation of the kiosk.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise kiosk staff for efficient performance.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply team for replenishment.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
  • Ensure brand visual merchandising and display standards are met.
  • Coordinate with management for marketing activities, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
    • 4 - 6 years of experience in retail operations or kiosk/store management.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
    • Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and basic reporting.
    • Flexible with shifts and weekend operations.
