Junior Social Media Marketing Manager

About the job:

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all visual and video content across our social platforms. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to plan campaigns, manage our digital presence, and craft storytelling that resonates with musicians, creators, and design enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Video Editing
1. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
2. Transform product features, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage into engaging visual stories.
3. Stay on top of content trends to create relatable and viral video formats.


Social Media Management
1. Manage Timber Acoustics' social media pages, ensuring a consistent and polished presence.
2. Plan monthly content calendars and maintain a healthy posting frequency.
3. Write captivating captions and leverage trending hashtags and audios.
4. Analyze post-performance and optimize strategy based on insights.

Shoot Assistance & Coordination
1. Assist during media and product shoots from styling and lighting to capturing BTS footage.
2. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and team members for campaign shoots.

E-commerce & Listing Support
1. Assist in creating Amazon infographics, product listings, and uploading new products to the website.
2. Collaborate with the graphic design team for promotional materials and product visuals.

Creative Strategy
1. Contribute to marketing ideas, campaign planning, and brand storytelling initiatives.
2. Maintain brand tone and ensure all content aligns with Timber Acoustics' visual identity.
