Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
  • Support the IT team in the daily operations of the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Help manage and resolve helpdesk requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in the deployment of new hardware and software to end-users.
  • Contribute to IT projects in areas such as network design, cybersecurity, or data management.
  • Document technical procedures and user guides for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT requirements and deliver solutions.
