Instagram Growth Hacker (Organic Growth & Engagement)

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a data-driven Instagram Growth Hacker with a passion for skincare and a</p><p>sharp eye for social media trends. This role blends creativity with analytics — you’ll use data</p><p>insights to uncover what drives engagement, refine content strategy, and scale our skincare</p><p>community organically.</p><p>You’ll turn numbers into narratives, experiments into insights, and engagement into loyal</p><p>skincare followers — all without relying on paid ads.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Growth & Strategy</strong></p><p>● Build and execute a data-backed Instagram growth strategy focused on organic</p><p>reach, engagement, and retention.</p><p>● Use analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Suite, Notion dashboards, etc.) to</p><p>track performance, identify content trends, and optimize future posts.</p><p>● Continuously monitor growth metrics (reach, saves, shares, watch time, follower</p><p>retention) and translate them into actionable recommendations.</p><p>● Conduct A/B testing for Reels hooks, captions, thumbnails, and posting times to</p><p>improve engagement rates.</p><p>● Identify viral skincare content patterns and replicate success using data insights.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Content Optimization & Collaboration</strong></p><p>● Work with dermatologists, content creators, and the video team to produce</p><p>high-performing Reels and posts that drive community engagement.</p><p>● Provide content briefs based on performance insights — recommending what to create</p><p>more (or less) of.</p><p>● Optimize hashtags, keywords, and hooks for discoverability and SEO within Instagram.</p><p>● Research trending skincare topics, audience conversations, and seasonal behavior to</p><p>guide content planning.</p><p>● Optimize posting schedules, keywords, and content types for maximum visibility and</p><p>engagement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Community & Competitor Analysis</strong></p><p>● Monitor and analyze competitor accounts and trending skincare pages to identify new</p><p>opportunities.</p><p>● Track sentiment and engagement metrics to understand audience preferences and</p><p>feedback loops.</p><p>● Drive community engagement through personalized replies, comment strategy, and DM</p><p>interactions that boost visibility.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>● 7–10 years of experience in Instagram growth and analytics, ideally in skincare,</p><p>beauty, or wellness.</p><p>● Strong command of Instagram analytics, audience insights, and performance</p><p>tracking tools.</p><p>● Proven experience in growing a brand account organically with measurable impact on</p><p>reach, engagement, and conversions.</p><p>● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative</p><p>strategy.</p><p>● Solid understanding of skincare trends, user behavior, and educational content formats.</p><p>● Excellent storytelling, caption-writing, and visual communication skills.</p><p>● Proficient with social and analytics tools</p><p>● Knowledge of video performance metrics (Reels retention rate, drop-off time, average</p><p>watch duration).</p><p>● Familiarity with skincare influencers, micro-creators, and online skincare communities.</p><p>● Ability to work collaboratively across content, design, and marketing teams.</p>
