The leads are pre-qualified through companies' campaigns, AI tools, demo workflows, and thought leadership efforts.</p><p>The goal: ensure <strong>funnel velocity</strong>, timely proposal coordination, and support high-value closures.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p>Inbound Lead Qualification<p><br></p><p>·        Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website demos, LLM SEO flows, or founder networks</p><p>·        Score and prioritize leads using firmographics, urgency, and solution fit</p><p>·        Maintain hygiene in CRM (e.g., Zoho) with updated lead stages and notes</p><p><br></p>Discovery, Coordination & Proposal Handoff<p><br></p><p>·        Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with Strategy, Product, or Founder</p><p>·        Prepare internal briefs on each lead, industry, persona, past interactions, urgency</p><p>·        <strong>Coordinate with the Strategy team to prepare and dispatch tailored proposals, pitch decks, or demos.
