Finance & BFSI Recruiter (Wealth Management Hiring) – WFH Company: Neuraleap Hire Location: Remote (Work from Home) Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month About the Role We are hiring a domain-specialized Finance & BFSI Recruiter with robust experience in hiring for Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, NBFC, Banking & Financial Services roles. Candidates must have hands-on experience recruiting talent like Wealth Managers, RMs, Credit, Investment roles and must understand AUM/EAUM, MF products, and BFSI job functions. This is a 100% remote role focused on closing niche, high-value finance profiles. Key Responsibilities: · End-to-end recruitment for Finance, BFSI, Wealth & Investment non-tech roles. · Source high-quality profiles through Naukri Resdex, Recruiter, headhunting & BFSI networking. · Strong ability to hire for roles such as: · Wealth Manager / Investment Counsellor · Relationship Manager (Banking & Wealth) · Mutual Fund Sales / AMC roles · Credit, Underwriting, Loan Operations (NBFC/BFSI) · Accounts & Finance / FP&A; / Business Finance Evaluate candidates based on: · AUM / EAUM handling experience · Financial product knowledge (MFs, SIPs, PMS, Insurance) · BFSI sales and advisory exposure · Handle mid–senior level closures (including 20–50+ LPA roles). · Manage client interactions, JD briefing calls, funnels, and offer negotiations. Requirements: · Mandatory: 2–3 years’ experience in Finance/BFSI/Wealth/AMC hiring. · Must have experience sourcing Wealth Managers, RMs, Credit, Finance analysts, BFSI non-tech roles. · Strong understanding of AUM, investments, MF products, BFSI processes. · Excellent communication, headhunting ability, and niche role closure experience. · Should be able to independently manage hiring pipelines in a remote setup.
