HR Operations & Process Automation

You will be responsible for optimizing HR operations by streamlining processes, implementing automation tools, and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Manage and support daily HR operations including recruitment and employees queries. - Maintain data accuracy and integrity. - Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management insights. Identify repetitive and manual HR tasks that can be automated or improved. - Design, develop, and implement automation workflows. - Conduct regular reviews of HR processes for continuous improvement opportunities. - Create and maintain documentation for automated processes and workflows. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. - Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers for advanced troubleshooting. - Manage company devices, email accounts, user access, and security protocols. - Assist in setting up new workstations and basic IT training for staff. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters in Human Resources. - Bachelor's degree in IT/BCA/B.Sc. (IT) or a related field. - Must have 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on process improvement and automation. - Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Mendix). - Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, RPA platforms, scripting). - Proficiency in HRIS and productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, databases). Preferred Skills: - Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle (hire-to-retire). - Familiarity with API integration and data workflows. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. - Certifications in HRIS, RPA, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies will give preference.
