HR Internship Opportunity at Epic Consultancy


Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi
Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Stipend: 6,000 per month + Unlimited Performance-Based Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
  • Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients
  • Negotiating salaries and closing offers with candidates

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduates, Undergraduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
