Hr Executive - Operations (New Delhi)

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive Operations to manage office operations including employee records recruitment activities and day-to-day administrative tasks The candidate should be detail-oriented organized and must have hands-on experience in the following areas Roles Responsibilities Handle HR operations including PF ESIC and other statutory compliance Ensure timely processing of payroll Input and employee benefits Maintain and update HR records employee databases and related documentation Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting candidate screening interviews coordination and onboarding Assist in administrative tasks such as leave management attendance tracking and maintaining employee files Support operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications Coordinate with clients for requirements updates and smooth communication flow Requirements 1-2 years of experience in HR operations recruitment administration and general office operations Knowledge of PF ESIC and other statutory compliance Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint ERP ATS knowledge is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
