HR Business Partner

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support their rapidly growing workforce. This role is fully remote, offering significant flexibility. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the HR department and various business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying HR needs and implementing effective solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment. You will advise and coach leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Developing and delivering HR programs, policies, and initiatives to support business objectives will be a core function. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of employment law are essential. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, is required. HR certifications are a plus.
