Check Investvidhi.com , our first B2C product.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>What You’ll Own</p><p>You will lead our entire paid acquisition engine, including:</p><p>✅ Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube Ads — planning, launching & scaling</p><p>✅ Building end-to-end lead funnels that convert</p><p>✅ Creating and running Email, WhatsApp & CRM automation flows</p><p>✅ Daily optimisation of CPL, CAC, targeting, creatives & landing pages</p><p>✅ Running experiments, A/B tests & analysing performance data</p><p>✅ Collaborating with content/design to improve message–market fit</p><p>✅ Ensuring lead quality stays high, not just volume</p><p><br></p><p>Who You Are</p><p>We're not looking for someone who just "runs ads" —</p><p>We want someone who understands performance deeply and can own outcomes.</p><p>✅ Strong command over paid ads + analytics</p><p>✅ Knows how to generate quality leads that actually convert</p><p>✅ Comfortable working with budgets, funnels & attribution</p><p>✅ Experience in fintech is great — but not mandatory</p><p>✅ A problem-solver who can s</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>What We Offer: </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work directly with the founders and contribute to strategic decisions</li><li>Gain hands-on startup experience and understand product-market fit deeply</li><li>Lead a fast-growing team focused on both professional and personal growth</li><li>5-6 lakhs annual plus ESOPs</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Send resume to jsr.nitin@sihoresearch.com</p><p> </p>
