This is not just a traditional sales role — it is a high-impact leadership function where you will shape how AndroWash penetrates new markets, influences clinical adoption, and builds long-term institutional partnerships.</p> <p>You will be responsible for creating sales strategies, managing field teams, driving closures, and maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders in the fertility ecosystem.</p> <hr /> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>1. Revenue Leadership & Sales Strategy</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop, refine, and execute strong sales strategies for <strong>AndroWash</strong> across assigned regions.</li> <li>Build monthly, quarterly, and annual sales pipelines with clear action plans.</li> <li>Analyse adoption challenges, competitor positioning, market gaps, and user behaviour to enhance growth.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Institutional Sales & Client Acquisition</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Identify, nurture, and convert institutional leads across <a href="https://subhag.in/menstrual-hygiene-essential-tips-for-reproductive-health/">fertility clinics</a>, hospitals, and diagnostic centres.</li> <li>Conduct product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and negotiation meetings to close high-value deals.</li> <li>Build and manage deep relationships with gynecologists, fertility doctors, IUI clinic owners, and hospital leadership.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3. Team Leadership & Field Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor sales executives and field staff across Delhi NCR and surrounding regions.</li> <li>Monitor weekly performance, activity metrics, conversion ratios, and region-wise performance.</li> <li>Build a strong execution culture with a focus on accountability, clarity, and consistent follow-through.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>4. Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with marketing teams to plan campaigns, events, CME activities, and awareness drives for AndroWash.</li> <li>Partner with product and operation teams to deliver a seamless onboarding and training experience for clinics.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>5.
