Growth Associate – Special Projects & New Initiatives

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and inquisitive individual with a strong ownership to support the development and scaling of new initiatives and special projects focused on expanding INDmoney’s trader and investor user base.</p><p>This is a high-visibility position that involves direct collaboration with senior leadership across content, marketing, product, and growth. The role offers comprehensive exposure to high-impact initiatives, including community building, partnerships, and events.<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Special Projects & New Initiatives</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, manage, and scale key initiatives aimed at driving growth within INDmoney’s trader and investor ecosystem</li></ul><p><strong>Community Building</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, expand, and manage trader and investor communities</li><li>Drive consistent daily engagement and ensure a positive user experience</li><li>Collaborate with product and growth teams to disseminate relevant updates and campaigns</li><li>Monitor community activity, address user queries, and maintain group health</li><li>Gather insights and feedback to support product enhancements and growth strategies</li></ul><p><strong>Events</strong></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities for INDmoney’s representation at relevant industry events</li><li>Oversee end-to-end event execution, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event engagement</li></ul><p><strong>Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities</li><li>Assist in negotiations, onboarding, and activation of partners to support measurable user acquisition and engagement</li><li>Evaluate partnership performance and recommend data-driven improvements</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>0–2 years of experience in a Growth/Content/Product role</strong></li><li>Strong interest in community building, user engagement, and growth initiatives</li><li>Passion for trading and financial markets; personal trading experience or formal finance qualifications (CFA, FRM, CA) are preferred</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Basic proficiency in SQL and coding is an advantage</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset</li></ul>
