Graphic Designers, Motion & Meta Ads Specialist

Brandified is expanding our remote creative and marketing team. We are seeking skilled, reliable professionals who can deliver high-quality work consistently and stay aligned with our fast-paced workflow.

1. Mid-level Graphic Designer / Art Director

Must have:

• Strong branding, layout, and design fundamentals

• Experience with luxury and minimal design styles

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Ability to create premium social creatives, brochures, IMs, and campaign graphics

• Fast turnaround, accuracy, and strong attention to detail

2. Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist

Must have:

• Strong experience in property-focused video editing

• Ability to create animated outlines and subdivision overlays

• Clean motion graphics, smooth transitions, and modern editing style

• Ability to produce reels, ad videos, and high-impact short-form content

• Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative execution

3. Meta Ads & Lead Generation Expert

Must have:

• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager: campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting

• Ability to run high-converting lead generation campaigns

• Knowledge of WhatsApp conversion ads, website traffic objectives, and custom audiences

• Understanding of real estate or service-based lead funnels

• Ability to collaborate with the creative team for ad assets

• Analytical mindset with performance-driven decision-making

Working Hours (Mandatory)

• Fully remote role

• Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST)

• This aligns with 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Indian Time (Monday to Friday)

• 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM Indian Time on Saturdays
