The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of proven experience in generating leads, writing winning proposals, and closing deals within the Salesforce ecosystem.</p><p>Candidates from <strong>Noida, Delhi, or Gurgaon (NCR region)</strong> will be preferred for better coordination with our core delivery and sales teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Bidding & Lead Generation</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, bid, and convert opportunities for <strong>Salesforce development, consulting, and integration projects</strong> across freelancing platforms.</li><li>Write high-quality, client-specific proposals with strong understanding of Salesforce services.</li><li>Maintain daily bidding activity and ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects.</li><li>Generate qualified leads and convert them into active paying clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Client Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Engage professionally with clients via messages, discussions, or video calls.</li><li>Understand client business needs and translate them into structured project requirements.</li><li>Conduct initial discovery meetings and coordinate technical discussions with internal Salesforce experts.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salesforce Project Understanding</strong></p><ul><li>Sound understanding of services such as:</li><li>Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud</li><li>Apex, LWC, Visualforce</li><li>Integrations using REST/SOAP</li><li>Admin tasks, automation, flows</li><li>CPQ, FSL, Marketing Cloud (added advantage)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Documentation & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and refine proposal templates.</li><li>Track performance metrics such as bid-to-win ratio, pipeline growth, and conversions.</li><li>Share weekly/monthly performance updates with management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive in IT (Salesforce domain preferred).</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce terminology and project structure.</li><li>Demonstrated success in closing medium to large Salesforce projects.</li><li>Excellent English communication (written + verbal).</li><li>Ability to draft customized proposals that stand out.</li><li>Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.</li><li>Familiarity with project estimation, timelines, and basic SOW creation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Good to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Salesforce agencies or consulting companies.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project cycles.</li><li>Understanding of Salesforce pricing models.</li><li>Ability to create basic project documentation.</li></ul><p></p>
