Freelance Trainer – Generative AI for Software Development

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Pune (In-Person)</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> Freelance </p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Freelance Trainer</strong> to deliver a hands-on workshop on <strong>Generative AI for Software Development</strong>. The trainer will help teams apply AI tools across the SDLC to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Program Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct hands-on sessions covering requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, DevOps, and documentation using AI tools.</li><li>Facilitate interactive discussions, live demonstrations, and practical labs.</li><li>Adapt delivery style based on participant understanding and technical depth.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Facilitation</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate the use of tools such as <strong>ChatGPT, Codeium, Zed</strong>, and similar AI-based developer assistants.</li><li>Teach effective <strong>prompt engineering techniques</strong> for coding, debugging, system design, test case generation, and architecture work.</li><li>Guide participants on using AI to create UML diagrams, API specifications, pseudocode, user stories, acceptance criteria, and more.</li><li>Facilitate hands-on exercises for AI-assisted test creation, code reviews, refactoring, and modernization tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>AI in Engineering Workflows</strong></p><ul><li>Map AI usage across all SDLC stages.</li><li>Introduce AI-first ways of working for engineering teams.</li><li>Share insights on autonomous coding agents, AI-driven QA & AIOps.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Governance & Best Practices</strong></p><ul><li>Explain safe usage, hallucination risks, data privacy, and enterprise guardrails.</li><li>Share best practices for responsible AI within engineering teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Participant Engagement </strong></p><ul><li>Address queries, support hands-on tasks & ensure clarity throughout the session.</li><li>Guide teams on applying AI-led improvements in their real projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong background in software development or engineering.</li><li>Proven experience with <strong>Generative AI tools</strong>, LLMs, and developer assistants.</li><li>Ability to teach coding, debugging, design, and testing workflows using AI.</li><li>Experience conducting corporate training or technical workshops (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills.</li><li><strong>Minimum 2 years of experience in developing AI solutions</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
