This training is NOT for dealer or showroom sales executives but specifically tailored for manufacturing company teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver structured Commercial Vehicle Sales Training to mid and senior-level employees.</li><li>Develop and share training content, case studies, and real-time scenarios related to commercial vehicle markets.</li><li>Conduct engaging sessions focusing on sales strategy, customer segmentation, competitive landscape, and product positioning.</li><li>Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback or assessments.</li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>Must-Have Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><span>Proven experience in delivering Commercial Vehicle Sales Training </span><strong>for automotive manufacturing companies</strong><span>.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of B2B automotive sales, fleet sales, and commercial vehicle segments.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.</span></li><li>Ability to customize content based on business needs.</li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>Additional Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li><span>Knowledge of OEM business operations.</span></li><li><span>Experience in training on product knowledge, sales funnels, and customer engagement strategies.</span></li><li>Prior experience with automotive brands (CV segment preferred).</li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>Work Setup</strong></p><ul><li><span>Onsite training sessions at </span><strong>Gurugram</strong><span> and </span><strong>Indore</strong><span> locations.</span></li><li><span>Available for delivery during </span><strong>1st week of December</strong><span>.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
