Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Delivering hands-on, industry-aligned training sessions in Machine Learning engineering, MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps, Python programming, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.</li><li>Mentoring learners through real-world AI projects, including advanced topics such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). </li><li>Guiding candidates in building robust portfolios, preparing for interviews, and navigating career transitions into AI and data science roles. </li><li>Developing, updating, and enhancing training content and curriculum to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support curriculum improvement, learner engagement, and successful onboarding. </li><li>Monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high standards of training delivery. </li><li>Facilitating workshops and hackathons to foster practical skills and innovation among participants.</li><li>Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to ensure training relevance and excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS </strong></p><p><strong>WORK EXPERIENCE </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in AI, Data Science, or related technology domains. </li><li>Proven track record in delivering scalable, production-grade AI systems and mentoring technical teams. Extensive experience in designing and implementing ML engineering workflows, MLOps, and cloud-based solutions. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION SKILLS / BEHAVIOUR ATTRIBUTES </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), ML engineering, or DevOps are highly desirable. Expert proficiency in Python, ML engineering, MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Databricks, and data pipeline orchestration. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and AI agent frameworks. </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.</li><li>Exceptional mentoring and coaching abilities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
