FACTORY MANAGER- Corrgrauted Manufacturing

The factory manager in a corrugated manufacturing company is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily manufacturing operations: Oversee production schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Implementing safety protocols: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and develop safety training programs.
• Staff management: Hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
• Continuous improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, implement changes, and monitor production metrics.
• Budgeting and reporting: Prepare and present production reports to senior management, and manage budgets effectively.
• The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, significant experience in a manufacturing environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
