The specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Day-to-day tasks include audience targeting, budget management, performance tracking, and A/B testing for ad creatives. The role will also involve collaboration with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and deliver measurable results.<br></p> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram Ads Management, including campaign creation, optimization, and audience segmentation</li><li>Experience with Performance Tracking, A/B Testing, and Analytics Tools to measure and improve campaign outcomes</li><li>Strong skills in Content Strategy and Creativity to develop engaging ad creatives</li><li>Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Trends</li><li>Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively and optimize ROI</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience in the insurance industry or related fields is a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred</li></ul>
