Code and develop the core backend system of our email marketing platform.</p><p>2. Develop new modules for: Campaign management (scheduling, segmentation,</p><p>automation)</p><p>3. Tracking & analytics (open/click/bounce/unsubscribe reports)</p><p>4. Integrate with third-party SMTP & email APIs.</p><p>5. Improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up).</p><p>6. Implement compliance features (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, unsubscribe</p><p>handling,suppression lists).</p><p>7. Optimize platform performance to handle large-scale email sending.</p><p>8. Collaborate with front-end developers to build intuitive dashboards.</p><p>9. Write clean, scalable, and testable Python code.</p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><p>1. Strong knowledge of Python (3.x) and backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).</p><p>2. Experience in email delivery systems – SMTP protocols, bulk email</p><p>sending, and</p><p>deliverability.</p><p>3. Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL (database design, optimization).</p><p>Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks.</p><p>4. Strong understanding of email marketing workflows.</p><p>5. Experience with email tracking (open/click pixels, bounce handling).</p><p>6. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates.</p><p>7. Minimum 3+ years of Python development experience, with at least 1+ year working on</p><p>an email/SaaS product.</p><p>8. Must have core experience with developing a similar platform earlier</p>
