Someone who can anchor, produce, script, and shape videos across formats and is excited to build an entirely new genre of Indian business storytelling. The Inc42 Impact: <ul><li>50 Mn+ monthly reach</li><li>55,000+ stories published</li><li>125+ events conducted</li><li>100+ research reports released</li><li>350+ brand collaborations</li><li>500+ startup applications monthly </li></ul>The Inc42 Video Impact: <ul><li>600+ videos produced in the past year</li><li>Average views up 10x in 8 months (from 2–3K to 25–30K/video)</li><li>Consistently high engagement and watch time across social platforms</li><li>100% year-round consistency in video quality</li><li>Experimented with multiple formats: podcasts, explainers, leadership interviews, features, and roundtables </li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Track and identify the hottest stories in India’s tech and startup ecosystem.</li><li>Convert Inc42 news and feature articles into short- and long-form video explainers.</li><li>Script, direct, anchor, storyboard, and supervise edits and graphics — from concept to final production.</li><li>Coordinate with camera, editing, and graphics teams, as well as external vendors, for on-ground shoots.</li><li>Monitor social media video performance and iterate weekly for better outcomes.</li><li>Develop new video IPs, styles, and storytelling formats across platforms.</li><li>Direct and produce podcasts and profile videos with top Indian founders.</li><li>Anchor and present feature or news videos for Inc42.</li><li>Create high-quality, data-driven videos for social and editorial platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams for quick turnarounds and seamless execution. </li></ul>Growth Opportunities: <ul><li>Direct access to India’s top startup and tech founders.</li><li>Attend exclusive editorial conferences and private founder retreats.</li><li>Shape a new video genre in Indian business journalism.</li><li>Freedom to break conventional newsroom rules and experiment with narrative storytelling.</li><li>Build credibility through data-driven, factual, and well-reported video journalism under the Inc42 brand.</li><li>Work directly with the Founders and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. </li></ul>Qualifications & Skills: <ul><li>3–4 years of experience as a Digital / Multimedia / Video Producer or Journalist in a digital media company, content agency, or newsroom.</li><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Communication or Journalism.</li><li>Strong understanding or interest in business, tech, startups, or data-driven news.</li><li>Confident on-camera presence, with solid delivery and voice modulation skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of production equipment, editing software, and AI tools.</li><li>Entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative approach to producing and problem-solving.</li></ul>
