About the Role

We are hiring a
Digital Ads Specialist
to manage performance marketing across
Amazon Ads, Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit / Instamart / Zepto), and Meta Ads
. The ideal candidate should be analytical, hands-on, and experienced in managing ROI-driven campaigns with end-to-end ownership of planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Amazon Ads
    including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and DSP (optional).
  • Manage
    Quick Commerce advertising
    across Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto & BigBasket (events, visibility banners, CPA/CPC promotions).
  • Run and optimize
    Meta Ads
    (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on sales, remarketing, and audience building.
  • Own daily and weekly campaign-level performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC).
  • Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage budgets across platforms and ensure optimal allocation for maximum revenue.
  • Work with design teams for ad creatives and ensure platform compliance.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce, brand, and sales teams for product priorities and offer planning.
  • Prepare dashboards and performance reports, highlighting insights and action points.
  • Continuously test new strategies, creatives, and campaign structures for improved performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory experience
    managing campaigns on
    Amazon Ads, Quick Commerce Ads (Blinkit/Instamart/Zepto), and Meta Ads
    .
  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC strategy, keyword match types, and ACOS/ROAS optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with quick commerce paid tools, banners, events, and promotions.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and interpret actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to brief designers for ad creatives.
