DevOps Intern

As a proactive DevOps Intern at Arete Healthtech Pvt Ltd in Delhi (On-site) for a duration of 3-6 months, you will play a vital role in supporting the engineering team to streamline software delivery through CI/CD, automation, and cloud infrastructure. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world DevOps tools and practices, including scripting, monitoring, and infrastructure as code. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to enhance software delivery and deployment processes. - Assist in writing automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages to minimize manual tasks. - Gain exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, contributing to the management of cloud-based infrastructure and services. - Learn to monitor and troubleshoot Linux-based systems, application servers, and containerized environments. - Participate in projects involving infrastructure as code, continuous testing, and version-controlled deployment. - Collaborate with senior DevOps engineers and software teams to grasp real-world DevOps workflows and tools. - Document procedures, configurations, and deployment steps clearly for team reference. **Basic Qualifications:** - Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. - Strong understanding of operating systems, especially Linux/UNIX, and command-line tools. - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc. - Working knowledge of version control systems like Git and basic scripting. - Enthusiasm for cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and a willingness to learn infrastructure best practices. **Preferred Skills:** - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools. - Understanding of networking, firewalls, and basic security principles. - Experience with any cloud service provider or automation platform is a plus. - Ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically under guidance. - Willingness to work in agile teams and actively contribute to team discussions.,
