About the job:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
2. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined SLAs.
3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
7. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience through feedback and process improvement.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Typing speed of 25–30 words per minute (WPM) is mandatory.
Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a customer support / call center / BPO setup.
Experience in handling both voice and non-voice processes is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
