Customer Grievance Officer
<p>We at Bharti Airtel are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Grievance Officer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and problem solver, with a strong focus on customer service. They must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role.Our Customer Grievance Officer will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. They must be able to take ownership of tasks and provide timely updates to customers. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
