<strong>Job Role - <br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service to ensure great shopping experiences</li><li>Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and product selections</li><li>Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.</li><li>Handle customer issues, returns, and exchanges effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and customer service goals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with store policies and uphold company standards in retail operations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work days - <br><br></strong>6 days a week weekly off will be between Mon to Fri 1 day off<br><br>Saturday and Sunday will be working days<br><br><strong>Qualifications -<br><br></strong>10+2 minimum
