CRM Executive (Customer Experience + Operations)
About the job:
We are hiring a CRM & Operations Executive who can manage customer queries, returns/exchanges, stock, order dispatches, and daily reporting, while also driving sales.This role requires someone punctual, fast, organised, polite, and fluent in English.
Key responsibilities:
A. Customer Support & Sales
1. Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls.
2. Assist with sizing, products, stock checks, recommendations.
3. Process returns and exchanges smoothly.
4. Convert enquiries into orders and push sales during peak periods.
5. Maintain a polite, helpful, and fluent English communication tone.
B. Order Management & Dispatch
1. Check all orders on Shopify twice a day.
2. Coordinate with the warehouse to prepare, pack, and dispatch orders.
3. Ensure same-day dispatch whenever possible.
4. Track deliveries and follow up on delayed shipments.
5. Share tracking details with customers promptly.
C. Stock Keeping & Coordination
1. Maintain stock registers (inward/outward).
2. Update shortage, damaged stock, pending QC items.
3. Keep shelves, boxes, and the dispatch area organised.
D. Daily Reporting
1. Submit daily CRM report queries, pending orders, issues.
2. Maintain exchange sheet, return sheet, refund sheet.
3. Update dispatch report and delivery follow-ups.
4. Report escalations or delays immediately.
