Job descriptionWork youll doAs a member of the Technology and Transformation team, you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals. You will be responsible for collaborating with teams across locations, and independently delivering workstreams/ projects for our clients.Project Delivery/ Business Development Lead/Deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions Translate Clients business goals into strategy roadmaps and implementation design Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw insights, and integrate these insights across work streams and come up with overall plan to drive solution Analyze Clients business and make recommendations on strategy, initiatives for front-end transformation Leverage business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions Develop and visualize scenarios for the client problem, create a compelling storyline and recommend the best way forward Develop solutions for client problems application of personal experience and standard methods and tools Design and detail initiatives to accelerate client growth, design templates and guidelines for implementation Deliver consulting engagements involving strategic planning, business model design, competitive benchmarking, transformation roadmap etc. across sectors Assist your service line in eminence building activities by publishing whitepapers and thought papers Create Point of Views to help Deloitte pursue new business opportunities (by analyzing industry reports, Deloitte resources) Identify additional client needs and pitch appropriate solutions Develop and participate in proposals for business development activities Actively share best practices, develop, and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders Complete and manage project work in accordance with established workplan, quality standard, budget, and timeframe Data analysis, process mapping, process design, interviewing clients, supply chain modeling, spend analysis, supplier enablement, etc. Manage relevant client stakeholders in complex consulting engagements
