CNC Vendor Development Lead (New Delhi)

The role is responsible - Ensuring loading the machines with coordination with Internal Team - Ensure timely delivery of machined parts from Captive Center with quality - Scheduling & Prioritization for loading the machines along with Captive Center planner - Interfacing between Internal teams & Captive Centre - Captive Centre Management and conflict resolution - Preparing & sharing the Daily, weekly and monthly performance report (MIS) - Managing the work allocation and capability enhancement of Captive Center - Cost and process optimization in Captive Machine Center to meet lead time, quality and cost targets Education BE Mechanical with 3-4 years relevant exp / Diploma in Tool & Die / DME with 6-8 yr exp Relevant Experience - Knowledge on machining processes and Special Proces - Drawings Interpretation and knowledge on GD&T; - Knowledge in defining Sequence of the Part manufacturing proces - sTeam player, ability to learn quickl - yGood Communication skill - sHands on experience in VMC/ CNC machining will be an advantag - eBasic knowledge on CNC Programming and machine job settin - gMulti linguistic skills (Tamil, Kannada) will be an advantag - eAbility to work challenging and time bound assignment
