Clinical Recruiter
<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented <strong>Clinical Recruiter</strong> to join our global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle for clinical, healthcare, and life sciences positions for our US-based clients. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top clinical talent while ensuring compliance with US hiring practices and industry regulations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.</li><li><strong>3+ years of recruitment experience</strong>, including at least <strong>1–2 years focused on clinical, healthcare, or life sciences hiring</strong> for the US market.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>clinical research operations, regulatory environments, and GCP (Good Clinical Practice)</strong> principles.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of <strong>US hiring practices and employment laws</strong>.</li><li>Experience recruiting <strong>US Citizens and Green Card holders</strong>.</li><li>Understanding of <strong>US tax terms</strong> (1099, W2, Corp-to-Corp).</li><li>Proven ability to identify and assess clinical talent through various sourcing channels.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</strong>.</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience recruiting for <strong>CROs, pharmaceutical companies, or clinical research organizations</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>clinical job titles, medical terminology, and compliance standards</strong> (FDA, ICH, HIPAA).</li><li>Experience with <strong>ATS platforms</strong> and CRM tools for candidate management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the <strong>entire recruitment life cycle</strong> for US-based clients, from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Partner closely with <strong>recruiting leads and hiring managers</strong> to understand clinical role requirements and team needs.</li><li>Work on <strong>strategic global hiring programs</strong> aligned with business priorities.</li><li>Develop and execute <strong>recruiting strategies</strong> to attract qualified professionals across clinical research, healthcare, and life sciences roles (e.g., Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Data Managers, Regulatory Affairs Specialists, Clinical Trial Assistants, Pharmacovigilance Associates, etc.).</li><li>Use <strong>niche clinical sourcing platforms</strong> and professional networks to identify top talent.</li><li>Conduct candidate interviews, evaluate qualifications, and document findings for reporting.</li><li>Maintain candidate pipelines and update records accurately in the ATS.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure hiring goals align with the company’s growth objectives.</li><li>Stay current on <strong>industry trends</strong>, including hiring practices, certifications, and regulatory updates in clinical research.</li></ul><p></p>
