The company is scaling rapidly and is looking for a strategic yet hands-on CFO to drive financial excellence, fundraising, governance, and long-term value creation.</p><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving fundraising initiatives, managing investor relations, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting the company through hypergrowth. Prior experience in <strong>SaaS metrics, subscription revenue, ARR, profitability models, and scaling a company towards IPO</strong> is highly preferred. A stable career track record, high credibility, and strong ethical standards are mandatory.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Finance & Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting aligned with growth objectives.</li><li>Advise CEO and Board on financial performance, risk, capital allocation, and long-term planning.</li><li>Drive business model optimisation for SaaS (ARR, MRR, CAC, churn, LTV, payback, pricing strategies).</li><li>Build financial systems, processes, dashboards, and controls suitable for a scaling tech organisation.</li></ul><p><strong>Fundraising & Investor Relations</strong>s.</p><p><strong>Operational & Hands-On Finance</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee accounting, compliance, audits, tax, treasury, and financial reporting.</li><li>Implement robust internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product on revenue forecasting and pricing strategy.</li><li>Drive cost optimisation, unit economics analysis, and cash flow management.</li></ul><p><strong>IPO Readiness (Good to Have)</strong></p><ul><li>Experience taking a company through late-stage fundraising, SEC/SEBI filings, or IPO readiness.</li><li>Exposure to corporate restructuring, ESOP planning, and public-company governance.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.</li><li>Proven experience in <strong>SaaS-based, E-commerce, FinTech, or high-growth startup</strong> environments. </li><li>Strong exposure to<strong> Ecommerce, Fintech , Loyality , Rewards subscription business models and or Wallet account </strong>, financial modelling, and investor reporting.</li><li>Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led setup.</li><li>Demonstrated success in fundraising (VC, PE, institutional investors).</li><li>Good to have: Experience taking a company through IPO or preparing for IPO.</li><li>Professional qualifications like <strong>CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance)</strong> preferred.</li></ul><p>Offer- As per industry with Budget constraint and ESOP</p><p> contact 9341626895</p><p></p>
