Buying and Merchandising - Footwear

• Drive and further build the category PAN India
• Season range planning and assortment building with experience in range development with India factories
• Candidate needs to possess skills to lead the product development & buying requirement with Local sourcing team
• Understand the dynamics of each business – Retail, MBO, Distribution & Ecom to strengthen the business
• Support in new Product development for key channels / partners
• Sell through & Mark down management
• Agreed GM% deliverables for the category
• Conducting season product conference / partner presentations
• Planning for End of season sale along with Buying Manager
• Ownership of managing season deliveries for the respective category
• Creating season buy forms / assortment building & catalogues for each channel
• Perform periodic in depth analysis w.r.t store performance at region & store grade, category level, gender level, style & size level
• Supporting Marketing calendar and key marketing initiatives for season
• Conducting Product training and building product knowledge within store staff
