Business Development Executive - Edtech

We are seeking passionate and experienced Senior Academic Counsellors to join our Gurgaon team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding potential learners toward appropriate upskilling programs, helping them make informed decisions and reach their career goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, and video interactions.
  • Understand their career needs and provide personalized course recommendations.
  • Drive program admissions by explaining value propositions and handling objections.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize student experience.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech product sales.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling, preferably in online education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
