Business Analyst (Eastern Time)- Life Science Vertical

<p>Experience: 8-10 Years</p><p>Work Mode: Remote</p><p>Notice: Immediate</p><p>Shift: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (8AM EST to 5 PM EST)</p><p><br></p><p>Total Experience: 8-10 years</p><p>Tools & Technologies</p><p>• Strong Health care, Pharmaceutical or life science industry experiences.</p><p>• Salesforce/CRM background-Good to Have</p><p>• Experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML).</p><p>• Knowledge of VSTS, Jira or similar User Story management suites.</p><p>• Knowledge of Visio or other diagramming software a plus.</p><p>• Knowledge of entity relationships and ability to query databases using SQL.</p><p>• Knowledge of MS SQL and .Net applications and development</p><p>• Software training experiences.</p><p>• Software testing experiences.</p><p>Other skills</p><p>• Ability to evaluate business processes from a business and technical perspective.</p><p>• Expertise in gathering requirements, analysis and documentation.</p><p>• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of</p><p>software solutions, systems, or products.</p><p>• Experienced with software development methodologies/life cycles and associated</p><p>processes.</p><p>• Experienced with object-oriented concepts, modeling, practices and procedures.</p><p>• Excellent analytical, mathematical, logical and creative problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Excellent written and oral communication skills.</p><p>• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with ability to develop good working</p><p>relationships.</p><p>• Keen attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.</p><p>• Strong customer service orientation.</p><p>• Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.</p><p>• Well versed in Microsoft Office productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access</p><ul><li>and/or PowerPoint.</li></ul>
