Business Analyst | Blockchain Experience required
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, user stories, and requirements specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings, solicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred but not required.
