Boiler Operator 1st CLASS

Srinivasa Technologies, under contract with M/s.Thermax Ltd, is seeking a skilled and experienced Boiler Operator 1st CLASS to join their Production, Manufacturing & Engineering department. This full-time, permanent position involves operating and maintaining boilers within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of boiler systems. Key Responsibilities Operate bi-drum reciprocating grate boilers in both field and DCS modes. Monitor and control boiler operations to ensure efficient performance and safety. Perform routine maintenance tasks on boilers, including cleaning, inspections, and repairs as needed. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times. Qualifications / Requirements 0-5 years of experience in boiler operations. Demonstrated proficiency in operating bi-drum reciprocating grate boilers. Strong understanding of DCS and field operations. Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Must possess a valid Boiler Operator 1st Class certification. Preferred Skills / Attributes Experience with reciprocating grate boilers. Knowledge of safety regulations within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
