Job Title: MUDRA Loan Officer / MUDRA Loan Consultant Job Description: We are hiring a dedicated and knowledgeable MUDRA Loan Officer who will help individuals and small businesses apply for loans under the Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY). The candidate will handle loan applications, document verification, customer support, and coordination with banks. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide complete guidance on MUDRA loan categories: Shishu, Kishore & Tarun. Explain eligibility requirements, interest rates, and repayment plans to customers. Assist customers in filling out MUDRA loan application forms correctly. Collect, verify, and upload required documents (ID proof, business plan, bank details). Maintain communication with multiple banks for smooth loan approvals. Follow up with customers until loan disbursement. Maintain daily records, reports, and lead tracking. Educate customers about government benefits and schemes for small businesses. Ensure compliance with banking rules and PMMY guidelines. Required Skills:Good knowledge of banking/loan systems. Experience with government financial schemes. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to explain financial terms in simple language. Basic computer skills (MS Office, digital forms, email). Qualifications:Graduation in Finance/Commerce/Business (preferred). Experience in loan processing or banking (1–3 years preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
