About the role
The primary responsibility of the Lead - Institutional Business is to identify opportunities of revenue generation, develop and maintain relationships with institutional / Corporate Clients, Architects and PMCs

Role will include:
- Forecast sales from the Institutional markets for the respective zone.
- Identify and cultivate prospective clients in assigned market segments.
- Initiate and do regular follows up on new business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end order processing and be the single point of contact for the client.
- Payment collection and account reconciliation for respective clients/orders.
- Engage & Maintain Strong relations with Institutional/Corporate clients, Leading Architects and PMCs.
- Enhance business and revenue from existing institutional accounts.
- Work on brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill in institutional market.
- Assist in development and launch of new products suitable for Institutional markets
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
- Excellent sales skills - demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects, and consultants in assigned market segments.
- Have experience in managing home interior, building materials, ABC category.
- Willingness to learn rapidly and be able to develop in-depth product knowledge.
- High energy, positive person who takes challenges in their stride.
- Honesty and transparency in communication; shows warmth in interactions.
- Extremely hard-working and committed to the cause / values / vision of UL.
- Ability to consistently make things better, take initiative for improving status quo.
Experience is mandatory in Building Materials/Furniture (b2b)/Glass partitions/Carpets/ Commercial Interiors etc.
