AWS Solutions Architect

<p>As an AWS Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud-based solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients, understanding their business requirements, and architecting cost-effective and efficient solutions that align with their goals. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of AWS solutions.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>· Design and architect AWS cloud-based solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.</p><p>· Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.</p><p>· Assess existing infrastructure and systems, identify opportunities for migration or adoption of AWS services, and create migration plans.</p><p>· Develop highly available and fault-tolerant architecture patterns using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.</p><p>· Create technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides.</p><p>· Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to AWS best practices and standards.</p><p>· Implement and configure AWS services, infrastructure automation, and orchestration using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.</p><p>· Monitor and optimize AWS resources and services, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and performance improvements.</p><p>· Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing management of AWS solutions.</p><p>· Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies, services, and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p>· Proven experience as an AWS Solution Architect or similar role, designing and implementing AWS cloud-based solutions.</p><p>· Strong understanding of AWS services and experience with core services like EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Route 53, Lambda, and CloudFront.</p><p>· Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and provisioning tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.</p><p>· Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.</p><p>· Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestrators like Kubernetes.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of network and security concepts within AWS, including IAM, Security Groups, VPC peering, and VPN.</p><p>· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</p><p>· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>
