Axis Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented AVC: Virtual Acquisition Manager-Domestic-Digital to join their Sales & Business Development team. This exciting opportunity within the Banking industry involves managing digital lead generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving liability product acquisition and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage liability product acquisition through digital channels and propensity bases, ensuring a superior customer experience. Achieve monthly business targets through effective conversion, product mix, and cross-selling of financial solutions. Utilize applications, tools, and databases for transparent end-to-end client support related to banking transactions and services. Adhere to internal control policies and guidelines to ensure organizational activities are compliant. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field is required. 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role within the BFSI sector. Proficiency in systems related to Banking transactions and services. Excellent lead generation and conversion skills. Strong communication skills in both English and the local language. Ability to meet sales targets consistently. Preferred Skills / Attributes Experience with digital media and lead generation strategies. Strong customer support and customer experience skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. High sales orientation and a drive to exceed targets.
