<strong>Location Name: </strong>Rewari<br><br><strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time, repeat queries etc</li><li> Liaise with sales team & IT team to ensure reduction of sales queries and bottle necks</li><li> Build various process/policy checks on SFDC workflow to ensure minimum leakages downstream by working closely with IT/COE teams</li><li> To liaise with IT team, Ops and other team to ensure early resolution of sales query</li><li> Support regular and adhoc data analysis on business metrices</li><li> Plan and execute time bounded projects on Geo – expansion</li><li> Liase with internal teams such Admin, IT, HR for launch of new branches</li><li> Track and monitor productivity of branches under Geo-expansion</li><li> Work on delivering critical business projects as assigned from time to time.</li><li> Provide relevant data points for Management reporting<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li> Graduate/ Post Graduate</li><li> With relevant experience of 1-2 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.</li><li> Excellent communication skills.</li><li> Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter</li></ul>
