This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Airline Ground Handling Trainer. The Trainer will deliver comprehensive training in ground handling, including terminal operations, baggage handling, airline safety, and customer service processes. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules, evaluating trainees performance, and ensuring they acquire the technical and soft skills needed for exceptional service. The role requires collaborating with industry stakeholders to align training programs with current aviation standards and best practices.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
• Solid understanding of customer service principles in the context of the aviation and airline industries
• Background knowledge and hands-on experience in the airlines or aviation sector
• Experience with training or mentoring individuals, and familiarity with educational or instructional approaches
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic working environments
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Passion for the aviation industry and commitment to fostering professional growth in trainees
