About The Opportunity

Industry: Enterprise AI and SaaS delivering production-grade machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise customers across customer experience, workflow automation, and analytics. Sector: AI/ML platform engineering and product delivery for cloud-native deployments.

Role: Technical Program Manager - AI/ML (Hybrid, India). Join a fast-paced engineering organization to lead cross-functional delivery of ML products, owning project planning, technical coordination, and operationalisation of models at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define program roadmaps and drive end-to-end delivery for AI/ML initiativesprioritise features, sequence work, and manage releases across data, model, and infra teams.
• Coordinate technical design reviews, unblock engineering teams, and ensure alignment between Data Science, ML Engineering, Product, and DevOps.
• Implement and run Agile rituals; maintain sprint plans, backlogs, and delivery metrics to consistently meet milestones and SLAs.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder communicationstranslate business requirements into technical acceptance criteria and success metrics (latency, throughput, accuracy, cost).
• Oversee model deployment pipelines, monitoring, and rollbacks; partner with MLOps to ensure reproducible CI/CD for training and inference.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, prepare executive status reporting, and continuously improve delivery processes and operational playbooks.
