Job Title: Accountant – Import & Invoicing Job Summary : We are looking for an Accountant who can manage all import documentation, vendor payments, and invoicing processes for our LED screen manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities Handle import documentation (PI, BL, Packing List, COO, Insurance, etc.) Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and suppliers for import clearance Maintain landed cost calculation and prepare GRN Prepare customer invoices, credit notes, and delivery challans Maintain accounts receivable and payable Track payments and follow-up with customers and vendors Update Tally/ERP entries daily Support finance team in MIS reporting and audits RequirementsB.Com/M.Com or equivalent 1–3 years experience in import documentation and invoicing Female candidates prefferred Knowledge of Tally, GST, and basic accounting Attention to detail and good communication skills Work Location : Delhi (Factory/Office) More about this Accountant – Import & Invoicing job Pixel Led Private Limited is aggressively hiring for the job profile of Accountant – Import & Invoicing at Delhi-NCR in Ashok Vihar Ph-II locality.
