About the job:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at ALCHEMY ART STUDIO. If you have a passion for numbers and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you! As our Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our business, from bookkeeping to client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports using MS-Excel to track income, expenses, and profitability.
3. Manage client relationships by providing timely and accurate financial information and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
4. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain all necessary documentation.
5. Handle email management, follow up with vendors and customers, and correspondence related to financial matters.
6. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support the growth and success of the studio.

Required skills & qualifications:

Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting workflows.

Good communication skills for client coordination and follow-ups.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Must be comfortable with on-site work.
